CANCELLATIONS

- For cancellations made within 30 days of the date of arrival, the deposit will be used for stays within the next 12 months.

- Any cancellations made with less notice will not be reimbursed.

- In the case of DELAYED ARRIVAL or EARLY DEPARTURE, you will be charged the fare for the effective length of your stay, but the deposit will be withheld.
