For a totally relaxing holiday on our Island of Elba we propose, within other activities to do, the thermal center of San Giovanni in Portoferraio. Our hotel has an agreement with the Therme San Giovanni and while you will book your holiday or directly at the reception of our hotel you can ask for further informations or book you day of wellness and relax. The center is born in 1963 and will give at disposal for its guests qualified persons for mud therapies, baths, inhalations cures also in agreement with the national health service, either hydromassages, massages and esthetic treatments (Manicure, pedicure, face and corp treatment). The prime materials will give limits for the action area: the seas mud will be used to cure artrosis, acne, psoriasis and the cellulitis. The seaweed and sea plants that are growing in the bay, will be transformed in decoction, and mixed with the salted water is useful with the balneotherapy to complete the muds and like treatment for other affections. The Center proposes a Talassotherapy enriched with decoction of Alghelba TM , that find application in anti stress treatment, anti cellulitis and particularly to patients affected with circulation disturb in their legs ( weekly packets). The salsoiodic water is used in illnesses of the higher and lower respiration ways ( sinusitis, rhinitis, farnigeolaringitis, bronchitis).
